Determining whether a series converges or diverges?

The problem is the summation from n=1 to infinity for (2n^3)/(7n^3 -2n +10). I used L'Hospital's rule and i got the answer 2/7. The correct answer is that it diverges, but i though if you got a number, then it converges.....what am i doing wrong?
