Rushing for a sorority junior year?

I'm going to be transferring to a big 10 school for junior year of college. Will it be hard for me to rush for a sorority? Fraternities seem a little more lenient about this, but I just wanted to know if it was worth the effort in rushing as a junior where greek life is HUGE. What are the chances of me even getting accepted?
