Bad husband, should i leave? We have a baby together, please help.?

ok ill give you the info you tell me what you would do, and don't answer with some smart alack statement, that doesn't help at all. My little girl is 3 months old and my husband and i married when i was 8 months pregnant. We used to fight, and bicker, never anything really bad. But it seems we fight all the time now, over everything. I try so hard not to in front of my daughter. Ill ask him to get a bottle, he sits and stares at me for a few minutes, takes his time getting to the kitchen and then makes it with nasty hand. I see dirt on his palms or skoal when he hands me the bottle. I tell him she cant eat it because there could be something in it and i get up to make a fresh one and he goes ballistic. He is mentally abusive. I do gripe, but i have to, he wont do anything right, at all. One time he held me hostage pretty much with the baby in my arms. he took my cell wouldn't let me call anyone, slammed my hand in the door with the baby in my arms, and when i got out and started walking, he jumped in front of me and started screaming at me te to get me a** back in the house. But he does have good times, and i am guilty of complaining, and griping. But i never treat him the way he does me.
