Is this a m? I'm a bit worried...?
Hi I have a similar problem, well its not really a problem more of a benign nuisance. What you describe sounds like two very possible benign conditions either a varicocele or a spermatocele. A varicocele is a enlargement of veins in the , usually if feels soft, like a bag of worms as Wikipedia puts it. It is benign and unless it's unusually painful or a threat to fertility, it is not something that needs to be fixed surgically. A spermatocele which is what I have, is a collection of dead sperm cell encased in a cyst above the epididymis, it feels like a soft squishy ball that sometimes is more apparent than at other times. At first I too like you thought I had cancer, but I discussed my feeling with my doc and he had me do a testicular ultrasound. It is not a painful procedure although it is a bit uncomfortable, having a tech fondle your testicles with a machine is not exactly fun. Doing this will correctly diagnose the nature of this formation. Cancers in the testes are usually hard m not soft tissue like you describe. I am no doctor but I am almost 90% sure you have either of the two conditions mentioned above.
