Helpp!!! need help with new fry!!!?

ok, well i put 2 blue rams in a tank to breed and then they acted weird so i didnt think they were gunna and the amonia was up cuz its a new tank so i thought that they wouldnt do it if their parameters werent spot on. well, i always watch them and i was looking for them while i was feeding them and right by the male i see fry! and i dont want them to be eaten so i tried to get some in a mason jar (which i read you should do for younger breeding fishes on a website) and the male keeps eating them, and now i cant find the fry? but i dont think he ate alll of them, there were so many. and so im getting the brine shrimp for them and how should i go about collecting the fry? and will my fish have fry again? my fish dont act like a pair, the male picks on the female so yeah. and im kinda freaking out now lol, but im a beginner in breeding and the fry caught me off guard. so pleasee answer my questions!! thankyou sooo much! and any additional information will be greatlyy appreciated.
