Cardiff or Manchester?

I'm going to Uni in September and have unconditional offers from everywhere. I'm stuck though - Cardiff or Manchester? They're both *lovely* cities and Universities, and both have great reputations. Just having trouble deciding which one! Any advice or opinions appreciated :) x
