Should I be worried about this?

Ok so in october 08 I went and got a tax loan with the agreement that I would file my taxes with this company and they would take what I owed from that. A month later I had to make the decision to file chapter 13 and they were listed as a creditor. I went to the 341 hearing and now tomorrow I have to go to the confirmation hearing. They have asked for a copy of my 2007 tax return and I realized I had given the lawyer my only copy. Now when I try to get a copy of those this before-mentioned loan company makes up excuses not to give me a copy (copier broken,etc.) She is also still trying to get me to file my taxes with her so she can get her money!! What should I do? My hearing is tomorrow and I can't get any cooperation!!
