How can I become a university tutorial leader in Australia?

I'm planning on doing a a Bachelor of Science in two years time. What do I need to study post grad in order to teach at a university as a tutorial leader? I'm not sure if I want to be a professor/lecturer and do a Masters or Doctorate degree, and I know that becoming a tutorial leader requires less education.
