l Cyst or genitial wart?

I developed a lump on the left side of my lip. It is right on the lip. At first it was more red and I also had some itching around the whole area. Now it has gotten bigger and is more flesh colored. I don't see any pus, drainage, or discharge. This is the only one I have.I have been in a monogamous relationship for 2 1/2 years. Is this a STD, bartholin cyst, or something else? Any advise is welcomed, thanks!
