Is it possible for gas prices to increase beyond current prices now?

It's likely possible. The crude oil price was expected to reach $120 in 6 months(June). At that time, the price in the US might be between $5-6 at the gas station. Hyper inflation will coming in world wide. But the US is lucky to have more stable supply sources such as Canada and Mexico. Europe has also relatively stable supply sources mostly from Russia and the North sea.The rest of the world will be in trouble, especially the poorest ones. Together with the sky-rocketing food prices, the world will reach the bottom again, but not equally. I guess as a big country, the US and NATO, together with the UN will do something to stop the cause, especially in Libya.Yes,it is possible to go to war again, but for peach keeping purpose, not to kill all innocent people like chicken. The dictator will have a chance to decide how to end the problems he has caused. The clock is tiking.
