Why won't my dog eat?

Since this morning, my 14 week old puppy hasn't touched his food. I don't know why he won't eat. He's been acting normal though. Last night, we gave him quite a few treats after his dinner, but that was last night and I ume he'd be really hungry by now... I don't know if it has anything to do with him almost choking on his dinner though because my bf mixed it with this chicken jerky that he loves and hasn't eaten his usual food since then.... However he does eat little treats I give him and he's been chewing on a mini bone that I gave him last night so I don't think his gums are in any pain... Will he be okay?
