What will you do when the Zombie Apocalypse comes?

In the 1960s both the USA and USSR developed a super virus that causes one to become a flesh eating ravenous zombie. The symptoms of this virus are something like Leprosy/Mad Cow Disease/Syphlis Combined. The Zombies appear dead, but they are actually alive. A shot center m will kill them just not easily. I think the 5.56mm Nato Cartridge as used in the M16/M4 series is too weak to be effective.
