What is causing my pain in my legs?
Well, first thing...sleep paralysis is a common thing, and for you to have this happen every few weeks is also pretty common as well. And,as for your eye sight being very bad...this to is common,my eye sight is very bad also. And,the issue with glaucoma that runs in your family...this would have nothing to do with the kind of pain your experiencing.Although this all started at the same time...they don't have anything in common with your leg, joint, hip, ligament and bursa pain.I think you should see a rheumatologist for these problems your having, and not a physical therapist. When a person is having any kind of joint/bursa pain..they usually are referred to a rheumatologist for these kinds of things.I suggest that you go to your primary doctor, and get a referral to see a rheumatologist or if you can see a rheumatologist without a referral...then go see one as soon as possible.I'm sure they will run a series of tests(blood) and hopefully figure out what the problem is,and resolve it.I've never heard of anyone say they have "Joint pain in their ligaments",this makes no sense to me,but mabe your describing your kind of pain,or maybe how your pain feels to you.I'm not quite sure, but maybe a rheumatologist can get to the root of the problem, and find a solution also.Maybe your calcium is really low...could also be your vitamin D levels. You should be taking a vitamin D supplement anyways, seeing how it's winter time and your not getting as much natural sunlight as your would in the summer-time.I am prescribed 50,000 units of Vitamin D,and Calcium...for my bones. But,either way...you should see a rheumatologist in case you are having joint/ligament problems,to be on the safe side.I wish you all the best, and hope everything goes well for you.HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
