What drugs are OTC in Italy but not USA?

Perhaps HGH is one of them. Sylvester Stallone got into a lot of strife in Australia because he was found to be in possession of HGH (for his own use). His defence was that he was unaware that it was a banned drug in Australia and he is Italian. Perhaps HGH is a banned drug in the USA as well.
