Need Help Understanding an MRI?

I have been having these done since 1991 of the cervical and head and a few of the back.Your shows Normal with slight disc bulge in the neck.I don't know your age but we all start having disc bulging as we get older.It;s part of Arthritis and aging..I had 2 car accidents and mine is severe and I have a ton of pain.I deal with it as you don't want to get started on pain pills.They are of no help.Use hot and cold packs
