I still have no gas certificate for my rented property.?

by law the landord should have a gas safety check every 12 months where a corgi registerd gas fitter comes out and inspects the boiler etc on completion you are then given a copy of the full report....obviously if anything is wrong with the boiler they too should sort it out without delay
