I'm 39 next mth and only 1 ovary left...hoping n still trying to get pregnant.?

Done my checkup with hospital,and gone through a test to check if my left over ovary blocked or not.And the result is good,i can see the blue liquid that they pump in my ovary can go through on the screen.been said there is still have change to concieve.But its been a year we been trying,still waiting for a miracle...every time my mense come i really feel sad...
