How can I reach a live customer care person?

Some one has opened or set up an account with out permission or authorization we would like access to this account or delete the frivolous account all together.. The Listing is under Tamayo & ociates. I have made numerous attempts to correct this problem. Its seems that a previous disgruntle employee is posting negative remarks to discredit the company and ruien 22 years of service. Please ist us in correcting this abuse.
